📦 الشحن والتوصيل

– نقوم بتوصيل الطلبات داخل القاهرة وباقي المحافظات خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام عمل.  
– تكلفة الشحن تختلف حسب المحافظة وتظهر عند إنهاء الطلب.  
– يتم التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن.

💳 طرق الدفع

– الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لجميع الطلبات.  
– الدفع الإلكتروني قيد التفعيل قريبًا (فيزا / ماستر كارد).  

🔁 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

– يمكنك طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام في الحالات التالية:
 ✔️ وجود عيب تصنيع  
 ✔️ وصول منتج غير المطلوب  

– يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.  
– يتم تحمّل تكلفة الشحن في حالات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال حسب السبب.

– We deliver orders within Cairo and other governorates within 2 to 4 working days.
– Shipping costs vary depending on the governorate and will be displayed upon completing the order.

🔁 Exchange and Return Policy

– You can request an exchange or return within 48 hours of delivery in the following cases:
✔️ Manufacturing defect
✔️ Wrong item delivered

– The product must be in its original condition and unused.
– Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered depending on the reason.
